    • Provide your order number, the title(s) of the book(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned book(s) to us.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  5. Return Acceptance:

    • Upon receiving your return request, our team will review it and inform you whether your return claim has been accepted or rejected.
    • If accepted, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned book(s), which can be used for future purchases.

  6. Store Credit:

    • Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned book(s).
    • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
